My research is directed at revealing the potential role of software operation knowledge or SOK (i.e., knowledge of in-the-field software operation) within software-publishing organizations, and at creating frameworks, methods and tools that enable effective identification, acquisition, integration, presentation and utilization of software operation knowledge.
