I’m a post-doctoral researcher in the field of software feedback. My research is directed at revealing the potential of software operation knowledge or SOK (i.e., knowledge of in-the-field software operation) within software-publishing organizations, and at creating frameworks, methods and tools that enable effective acquisition and utilization of software operation knowledge.
